What is Qiu Qiu and How It Differs from Blackjack
Qiu Qiu is a player-versus-player card game, not a player-versus-dealer format. In blackjack, you try to reach 21 before the dealer busts; in Qiu Qiu, you and up to seven other players each hold two cards, and the goal is to have the highest-ranking hand. The dealer — whom we call the "banker" on duatoto slot — takes a small commission on winning pots but does not compete directly.
Card values work differently. In Qiu Qiu, each card retains its face value (10 counts as zero, Ace as one). Your two-card total is the last digit only. For example, a 7 and an 8 total 15, but only the "5" matters — called "five qiu" (lima qiu). A pair of 9s is "ninety qiu," the highest hand. A pair of 0s (two tens or face cards) is the lowest.
Hand Rankings Explained
Ninety Qiu: A pair of 9s. Unbeatable in standard play.
Eighty Qiu: A pair of 8s.
High Qiu: Cards totalling 90, 80, 70, etc. (in descending order).
Zero Qiu: Two tens or face cards. Lowest rank.
Qiu Qiu requires strategy, not just chance
Unlike slots or roulette, Qiu Qiu rewards players who manage position, pot odds, and opponent behaviour. Our live studios show table footage so you can read other players' reactions in real time.
Playing Qiu Qiu on Our Mobile App
We optimized our duatoto slot app for Qiu Qiu table entry and low-bandwidth play. When you tap "Qiu Qiu" from the main menu, the app lists available tables, sorted by stake size (lowest to highest), current seat count, and average pot. Streaming quality defaults to "balanced" — a video codec that keeps dealer faces sharp while using minimal data over 4G or WiFi.
Joining a table takes one tap. The app seats you, displays your hand as face-down cards, and shows a live feed of the dealer (or banker) from one of our Jakarta or Surabaya studios. Bet buttons are large and responsive; pot size, your balance, and remaining players appear at the top. Between rounds, the app auto-refreshes the table list so you can switch tables without closing the app.
Deposits and withdrawals flow through your main duatoto slot wallet. If you top up with OVO or e-wallet between rounds, the new balance updates in the app within seconds. No separate login or payment gateway — everything is integrated.
Table Rules and Betting Flow
A Qiu Qiu round follows this sequence: the banker opens the table, players place blind bets (a mandatory small stake), and then two cards are dealt face-down. Each player reviews their hand and decides to fold, call, raise, or go all-in. Play continues until only one player or the banker remains, or all players show hands simultaneously.
- Blind bet (ante): A minimum stake that keeps the action moving; typically 1–5 units depending on the table.
- Fold: Exit the round and lose the blind; no further loss.
- Call: Match the current bet to stay in the hand.
- Raise: Increase the bet; other players must call the new amount or fold.
- All-in: Push your entire balance into the pot. You remain in the hand but cannot raise further.
Our live tables vary by region — Bandung rooms often run smaller blinds (suitable for new players), while Medan and Semarang tables cater to high-stake players. All tables are open during daytime and evening hours; we scale capacity around Liga 1 Piala Indonesia match schedules so players can multitask with live sportsbook odds.
